Rapid Shelves Bracket System

 WEIGHT RATING AND USAGE GUIDELINES

The Rapid Shelves bracket system ("Product") is rated to support up to 250 pounds (113 kg) when properly installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. This weight rating assumes even distribution of weight across the shelf surface and proper installation into appropriate support structures. the rating is set at the base closest to the fastened end. Weight unevenly distributed to the end of the bracket may fail to pass the 250pound rating.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, you ("User") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. **Assumption of Risk**: User assumes all risks associated with the installation and use of the Product, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death.

2. **Proper Installation**: User is solely responsible for ensuring proper installation of the Product in accordance with provided instructions. Improper installation may significantly reduce the weight capacity and stability of the Product.

3. **Weight Limitations**: User agrees not to exceed the stated 250-pound weight rating under any circumstances. User acknowledges that this rating is based on static loads and that dynamic loading (impact forces) may cause failure at lower weights.

4. **Inspection Responsibility**: User is responsible for periodic inspection of the Product for damage, wear, or failure and must discontinue use if such conditions are detected.

5. **Limited Warranty**: Any manufacturer's warranty is limited solely to replacement of defective Products and does not cover any consequential damages.

### RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Shelves, its owners, officers, employees, distributors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Product, including but not limited to:

- Personal injury or death
- Property damage
- Damage to items stored on or near the Product
- Loss of use or enjoyment of property
- Economic losses or damages

This disclaimer applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict product liability, or otherwise, even if Rapid Shelves has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

### INDEMNIFICATION

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rapid Shelves from any claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from User's installation or use of the Product.

### GOVERNING LAW

This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [YOUR STATE], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

### SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By purchasing, installing, or using the Product, User acknowledges having read and understood this disclaimer and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Product's use.
